Orders received by Bambinebee before 10.00am Monday to Friday will be sent from our warehouse that day.

We have free standard UK delivery on orders over £40

Our costs and estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

UK (Express) - £7.95

Dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class

1-3 working days

UK (Standard) - £4.95

Dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class

 

3-5 working days

Please allow 1-2 additional working days for orders to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight.

Delivery is available Monday-Friday. All orders must be placed by 10am GMT for same day dispatch. (Mainland UK only).

Express delivery is available for most UK deliveries, at a cost of £7.95. In remote areas of the UK, delivery times may vary and next day service may not be possible. If you need confirmation of delivery times please contact us at info@bambinebee.co.uk.

Delivery Address

We recommend that your delivery address should be the recipient’s home address and not the maternity ward where typical stays can vary considerably. Bambinebee doesn't deliver to P.O. boxes, and asks for a physical address at checkout to minimise delays to delivery.

Order Tracking

You can track the progress of your order with the tracking code included in your shipping confirmation email. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries and can be tracked by visiting www.royalmail.com/track-your-item. Bambinebee reserves the right to use alternative delivery service providers to ensure we meet our customers delivery timelines.

Returns

We are confident you will be delighted with your purchase. If, however, you have changed your mind about an item or are not happy with it, you can return it to us for a refund (delivery charges are non-refundable) or an exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please email our Customer Care team at info@bambinebee.co.uk so we can assist.

  • All goods must be returned new, unused and in original Bambinebee packaging.
  • We recommend that you send returns using a shipping carrier that offers tracking, such as a courier or recorded post. Please ship to the following address:

  • On receipt of the returned goods, Bambinebee will examine them before arranging a refund, exchange or replacement. We will endeavour to do this within 10 working days of receipt of the goods.
  • We will email you to let you know once your return parcel has been received and your refund is completed. Please hold on to your postage receipt and tracking number.
  • As we do not include any sender information with our baby hamper gifts, if they are undelivered and returned to us, it is the responsibility of the sender to contact us to arrange re-delivery. Please note there is a charge for re-delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot retain an unclaimed gift for longer than 3 months.
