If, however, you have changed your mind about an item or are not happy with it, you can return it to us for a refund (delivery charges are non-refundable) or an exchange within 14 days of receipt. - All goods must be returned new, unused and in original Bambinebee packaging.
- We recommend that you send returns using a shipping carrier that offers tracking, such as a courier or recorded post. Please ship to the following address:

- On receipt of the returned goods, Bambinebee will examine them before arranging a refund, exchange or replacement. We will endeavour to do this within 10 working days of receipt of the goods.
- We will email you to let you know once your return parcel has been received and your refund is completed. Please hold on to your postage receipt and tracking number.
- As we do not include any sender information with our baby hamper gifts, if they are undelivered and returned to us, it is the responsibility of the sender to contact us to arrange re-delivery. Please note there is a charge for re-delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot retain an unclaimed gift for longer than 3 months.
